PATCH/databases/{uuid}

Update a database

Updates a database identified by its UUID. Supply the database properties you want to change, such as description, image, or health-check settings. Changing is_public or enabling instant_deploy requires deploy permission; adding predefined Coolify variables requires team admin permissions.

  • IdempotentThe SDK sends Idempotency-Key, so a retried request is only applied once.

The uuid path parameter must identify the database to update; health-check intervals, retries, and timeouts must be at least 1, and the start period must be at least 0.
