Update multiple database environment variables

Updates multiple environment variables for a database in one request. Provide the variables in the data array; each item can include a key, value, and configuration flags.

Error handling

A 400 is returned for an invalid token, a 401 when the request is unauthenticated, and a 404 when the database resource is not found. A 422 is returned when body validation fails; data is required. The uuid path parameter must identify the database.
