Update server Cloudflare Tunnel settings

Updates the stored Cloudflare Tunnel setting for a server without applying remote cloudflared configuration. Set is_cloudflare_tunnel to record the setting you want stored. Use the server's Cloudflare Tunnel enable or disable operation for the manual UI actions.

Error handling

A 400 is returned when the token is invalid. A 401 is returned when the request is unauthenticated. A 404 is returned when the server is not found, and a 422 is returned when the request fails validation. The uuid path parameter must identify the server, and is_cloudflare_tunnel must be a boolean when provided.
