Error handling
A 400 indicates an invalid token, and a 401 indicates that the request is unauthenticated. A 403 is returned when clone_volumes is true but the token lacks deploy ability; a 404 indicates that a required resource was not found, and a 422 indicates validation failed. The uuid path parameter must identify the service, and destination_uuid is required.
